        The older, thin man who works upfront is rude! He should just stay home if he's going to have a bad attitude with customers. He ruins it for the other nice team members.

        Poor Managment

        We recently took a lawn mower in for minor repairs. When the bill came, they repaired more than we asked without consent or authorization. We confronted, the management was not willing to fix the problem in an affordable manner and responded very unprofessionally!
