This place is absolutely disgusting my grandma got moved here ems put her in her room not one nurse or anyone came in the room until I went to the desk and had to get answers...her room was full of bugs doctors would come in and kill the bugs the nurses are very rude and very unresponsive her bathroom was absolutely nasty and when I asked someone to clean it they looked at me like I was crazy 8 hours later many complaints finally got cleaned. My grandma has dimentia and was not supervised at all never was checked on we either had to sit with her all day to make sure she had what she was needed never ever put your loved ones in this disgusting place I will also be reporting them to the health department

My mother was a patient at this facility. They were giving her her medication during the night instead of the day as ordered and did not give her her night medications. Asked to speak directly to the Doctor in charge there and never ONE time did he respond to my requests. My mother suffered a concussion with head trauma from this facility. Complete LACK OF CARE was witnessed every single day I went there. They do NOT respond to the call bells and this was witnessed as well. I was assisting patients in and out of bathrooms because staff does not respond. Hallways 200 and 500 are the absolute worst if your loved ones needs care. They show you a relatively nice room when you go on a "tour", but that room is NOWHERE near what you end up with. Patients, and I mean MANY patients are at high risk for injury in this facility and I also witnessed this. The Director of Nursing in this facility could care less about your patient and/or family needs. She says she will do something and it NEVER happens. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their loved one's health and well being. If you are looking to just "drop them off" and let happen whatever is going to happen, that is your choice, but if you care, you will NOT do that!!! They allege because my mother unclipped a personal alarm on her body, that she allegedly fell, but no one knows anything about an actual fall and there were supposedly bed alarms and an alarm in the seat of her wheelchair. This was NOT true. I was there everyday and when EMS came to bring my mother to the ER at my request because of serious injury, they lifted her bedding completely from the bed and there was NO alarm there at all. Wires were all over the floor and/or wrapped up around the bottom of the bedside table and the bathroom was shared with FOUR patients with toothpaste and toothbrushes all in a pile on the shelf above the sink. Filthy bathroom and shared toileting for FOUR patients. I have pictures of where my mother was and she got home, never recovered from her injuries and passed away within two weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They may change their name, but they do not change their ways and they completely violated the rights of my mother in their own contract that they have you sign when you are admitted. STAY AWAY!
