DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY PLUS CAROLINA!!!!!!
When we moved in the kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and looked like they had not been cleaned at all, even by the tenant before moving, let alone the professional cleaning lady that that we were told would clean the house before we moved in. Kitchen appliances are from the age of the dinosaurs and work at a 50% efficiency rate at best. (Fridge doesn't stay closed and spoils your food, Burners on the stove have to be wiggled to work, and dishwasher? Might as well just wash them by hand so they actually come out clean) There were nails and holes in the walls everywhere that should have been filled before our arrival. They did not inform us of the existing termite problems with the house or that the owner of the house was going through a refinancing process that would cause weekly foreclosure notices to be sent to our house. This lack of communication caused my husband and I to panic and think we would have to find another place to live at any time.
Also they have only one handy man available for repairs so there is no telling how long it will take for any issue to get fixed. Examples: 1. Element in oven burnt out the week before Easter and it took 2 weeks for the handy man to get out to replace it. So I had no oven for Easter Sunday. 2. Our house loses shingles almost every small storm. I had warned them to come check the roof for leaks they ignored me until there was a leak that caused water damage inside the house and even after informing them of the water damage inside the house it has been over a month and to this date has still not been repaired.
In none of the above circumstances did Property Plus Carolina show any remorse or act apologetic in any way. So in conclusion Property Plus Carolina DOES NOT care about the tenants that rent from them or even the home owners that entrust them with management of their home. All they care about is collecting those checks and making money. So I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY PLUS CAROLINA!!!!

Do NOT rent from Property Plus Carolina. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save your time, money, and energy. Go find another realtor.
