I had Enhanced Heating/ac put a complete heating and a/c system including a furnace and ductwork in my vacation home in North Myrtle Beach, SC. I was in contact with their estimator via email and I asked for a bid on a new furnace and a new heat pump. After it was installed I found out that they did not put in a heat pump like I requested, instead a straight a/c unit. In the winter, when I was here, I noticed a smell of gas in the house. It was then I went into the attic and found that an exhaust PVC pipe was disconnected and it appeared that it was never any glue holding the joint together. I wouldn't let them put a blanket in my dog house.
