Springbrook Kennels

We can't say enough about Mary and Spring brook Kennels! We have recently used Spring brook Kennels for a second time for our Jack Russell and Doberman. Both dogs, Tessa and Mason, felt so much at home. Mary treats every dog as if they were her own. The whole facility is clean, organized, professional and welcoming. We love that Mary emails us pictures of the dogs and we are able to communicate while we are gone. We recommend spring brook kennels to any cat or dog family! Five Stars!

We cannot praise this Kennel enough. We own a disabled dog and therefore have been very hesitant to kennel her as she is totally blind with stomach issues that require special instructions. Besides our family, Springbrook is the only consideration for our Millie. The facility is so clean, and located on a beautiful and serene setting. Mary is very professional and I believe really enjoys her job. It has been such a pleasure working on arrangements with her and we feel so secure knowing she is taking good care of our dog. I highly recommend Springbrook Kennels to everyone and feel confident that they will have the same great experiences that we have had with them.

Mary - I've been meaning to email you to thank you for taking such great care of Boomer! It was hard to leave him for the first time, but you made it as easy as possible for us. We toured 6 different kennels - I stopped by twice unexpectedly (not intentional) during your business hours - Rich and I both were SO impressed with the cleanliness of the Kennel. After seeing Springbrook there was NO WAY I was going to leave him anywhere else. I tried not to bother you TOO much (I could have called everyday - 2-3 times lol) The emails and photos were SO nice to receive when missing your baby. Your entire operation is 5 star and I will definitely be referring friends and family to you! Thanks so much for his photos too!

A five star rating is not high enough for Springbrook Kennels! My boys recently stayed at Springbrook and received exceptional care and attention. Springbrook was truly their HOME while away from home! Thank-you Mary. My boys will not stay anywhere else!!!

Now that I've found Springbrook I won't send my boys anywhere else. My oldest dog always came home sick whenever I boarded him in the past. Once I found Springbrook that finally changed. They have been there 4 times and absolutely love it there. I know they are being well taken care of by Mary, especially since when I come to pick them up they're never in any hurry to leave.

I have boarded 3 different dogs with Springbrook and they have all done wonderfully. The owner Mary really cares about the dogs and takes good care of them. As soon as I know I will need boarding I call Mary to make sure she saves Finley a space.

Mary is absolutely wonderful! Springbrook was extremely clean when I walked in. This was the first time I had ever left my dogs and Mary made it so easy! She would send updates and pictures of my dogs to me while I was away. I think my dogs had a wonderful time there and we have already booked their "vacation" there for March! What a great experience!

I won't send my dog anywhere else. Our beagle heeler "Smoke" pulls us in the door to go stay here. She absolutly loves it. The care we feel that our dog gets is second to none. They are 5 star first class all the way. Best boarding experience I've ever had. A++

This is a 5-Star Kennel!! I've used Springbrook for boarding several times, and I have never been disappointed. My boxer is a very "busy girl", but whenever I pick her up, she is clean, happy and obviously has been cared for very well. Mary takes pride in tailoring the visit for each dog, and to take care of every dog's needs. I love that Sophie doesn't stay penned up in a crate or dog run...she gets to go outside and run in a safe and clean environment. Mary even takes pictures! I would highly recommend Springbrook Kennels for anyone who has a dog that needs boarding!!

This is an excellent kennel. We boarded our 13-year-old Husky for almost a month for the first time. We wanted our dog in a place where it was not left in a crate all day. Springbrook is very clean and the dog goes out several times during the day. Our dog wasn't eating and Mary added a little canned food, so she would eat. You can leave your dog here knowing Mary will take care of her like it was her own. I would highly recommend this kennel.

During a "Senior moment" we rescued a high energy Doberman 1 year old. We have children out of state that we wanted to see. Mary at Springbrook kennel allowed us to continue to travel & feel less guilty. She treats our Dobe as one of her own pets. She makes sure all of the animals are up to date on their vaccines to protect all of them. She plays with all of them & they are taken out to run & play frequently . My only problem is that she is over 20 miles from home, but it is worth it to know your pet is well taken care of. We enjoy the pictures she takes with each visit.

Springbrook Kennels really goes above and beyond! We have been to so many kennels and boarding facilities, and none of them even come close to being as great as Springbrook. I wish I would have found this place sooner! It is in the country on beautiful wooded property with a creek running through it. It's really not far away, because it is near so many towns like, Manhattan, New Lenox, Wilmington, Braidwood, Peotone, Bradley/Bourbonnais, Channahon, Minooka, Morris, Coal City...because it is about 5 miles from either I-55 or I-57 depending on where you are located. I know she gets people from all over, and it is worth the 20 minute drive so we know our little ones are safe and happy while we are gone!



Mary and her staff are so wonderful, and they treat our furry kiddos like they are their own. Our first stay, we were provided with a cute Springbrook Kennels tote to put all their belongings in. When we arrive, they are so happy to see Mary and everyone...we are like..."Okay guys...we will miss you too!!" haha



We never have to worry if they are going to come home with fleas, ticks, worms, pesky kennel cough, or anything else, because they make sure every one has all their vaccinations and has flea and tick treatment, which is verified through their vets. All of their beds always get washed, so everything always comes home clean! Wait what?! I know! They can get bathed and have their nails done too if we want. We always get pictures of their stay so we can see how much fun they had. There are indoor and outdoor play areas to cover all the days whether it is 110 degrees, or if it is freezing, snowing or just raining. Even the floors are radiant heated!



Oh and they have all kinds of goodies for sale like premium food, toys, elk antlers, good smelling stuff for even your stinkiest pets :) ..etc.. I am trying to think if I missed anything, but I think I covered it. If you have any questions, just call them! So friendly! Seriously...The. Best. Place. Ever!!!



It really is a vacation for them, and I wouldn't send mine anywhere else, and neither should you!

If you love your dog (or, evidently cat too) you will have Mary take care of him or her or them while you are gone. I have been taking Gracie to Springbrook Kennels for several years now and I NEVER have any concerns about her care. In addition to the pictures taken while there, Mary has emailed pictures too. The first time I boarded Gracie at Springbrook Kennel, it was almost for 2 weeks. I was apprehensive (and I think Mary sensed this) and she said to call anytime to check. Gracie loved, loved, loved her stay there and is always happy to go. 5 stars is not enough!!!!!!

My Bella and Murphy love visiting this kennel and Mary takes excellent care of them. I can always call her and check up on them when I'm on vacation and she always has photos of them when I get back. A very clean facility and I highly recommend it.

Our dog Bob is a rescue that was abused and abandoned. He sometimes has separation anxiety, is high energy, needs plenty of exercise, personal attention and TLC. We were nervous about leaving him for the first time. Mary took wonderful care of him and the kennel is exceptional. I expected Bob to go crazy when he saw us and want to go home. He was happy to see us but was in no hurry to leave. He came home so relaxed. I think he enjoyed his vacation as much as we did ours! The pictures Mary gave us of him playing were priceless. I won't ever worry about leaving him again and recommend Springbrook highly. It's worth the drive. Thanks, Mary!

My cat absolutely loves staying at Springbrook! The kitty condos are beautiful and roomy, plenty of play space and all the pet guests are given personalized attention. Immaculate accommodations. It is like a vacation for your pet.!

This is the best Kennel. So glad we found it. We have a very active hunting dog. He needs to run daily. The kennels have outside fenced areas so the dogs can run and play. There are cameras to monitor in different locations within the kennel. Plus she gives you the pictures of your pet to see what they have been doing. Inside there are large runs and heated floors. The kennels are clean and no obvious smells when entering. The owner is very dedicated for the well being of the pets boarded there. If your pet gets sick you can be assured she will take care of them. A great person and works very hard. My dog comes home and is well adjusted as if he never left. I feel so confident leaving him there.

It's the only kennel I never have to worry about my furry kids, it is also the cleanest kennel!

We were nervous about boarding our two dogs for the first time, and as it turned out, it was completely unnecessary! They were able to stay in a run together, and the pictures of them playing outside are so adorable! One of our dogs is scared about everything, but not here, she loved it! Our second dog didn't even care when we went to pick them up. It was definitely a vacation for them! And we know we will gladly use Springbrook Kennels in the future!
