Tail Waggers Pet Salon

I have taken my dogs buddy and dixie here for over ten years, buddy is a big problem he hates it but they are so great with him, I couldn't take him any place else, they are the best, I love them

We took our 5 month old Shish-Tuz to Tail Taggers for his first hair cut. Granted this was his first cut, he was scared. We dropped him off at 8am and he was ready to be picked up at 2. A long time, they said because they had to stop from time to time because he was nervous. Fine, very understandable. Was is NOT is the fact that Milo was cut on his tail and his toes. He was bleeding when I picked him up and I didn't notice until I got him home and noticed the blood on my car seat. Groomers are supposed to be professionals and able to handle all types of puppies / dogs, am I not correct? Milo is ONLY 8 lbs, how could they not handle him or at the very least tell him? Did it really take that long for his grooming or were they waiting for the bleeding to stop? CDM - Boothwyn

Would not recommend, why would you charge 8.00 extra fro grooming if the customer asks for a fragrance free shampoo?
