I've been going to Kirkwood auto for years now following the suggestion of a former colleague when my new car wasn't so new and started needing some service. They're really good about giving you an update on status and even some suggestions that could save you money over the long term.
I recently had some work done and one of the parts had a problem. Despite not really being their fault (it was the part) they apologized and did everything to make the inconvenience it caused disappear. They really went above and beyond, which is something most companies don't do anymore. I give a lot of credit to Norm, Christopher, and Brian there for making me feel like a VIP customer. They took an opportunity that could have turned me off from their business and instead solidified my patronage. Thank you!
