Haverford Place Apartments

This is the worst place anyone could live at. They have you get your electric in you own name but the gas they have in their name Why? It's the same company that we pay to have our electric in our name. They don't send you any meter readings for the gas just an amount to pay. Maintenace is horrible!!!!! fix what? You move out and they try to charge you all these bogus charges after they never came and fixed anything. Once I'm done on here I will be sending this to the Delaware Tenants Right. Nobody should ever be treated like this especially after paying so much rent.



Oh let me not forget they send letter out saying that they are going to be inspecting never happens. The hallways are nasty, dirty, filthy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at Haverford or Woodfield........
