I use these guys exclusively for a 260+ unit apartment community and also for my home. The technicians are clean and nice and honest. I used them when I upgraded the electrical service in my home to 200 amp and for all of my heating and cooling needs. I've sent them to family members who were on fixed incomes and they've always been helpful.

This company likes to charge for the service contracts, but delivers terrible customer service when there is an actual problem. The manager is rude. Some of the technicians are incompetent. Regardless of them being unable to find the actual problem for several visits, they charged for every single visit. In addition, they berated us for being "stupid". When they finally found the defect it was repaired once the part was ordered and arrived. We had not heat throughout, paid for every useless visit and were verbally abused. Needless to say, we have switched our service provider.

This company installed a gas hot water heater in our home for $1200. I thought I smelled gas that evening but was unsure until the next morning when a visitor entering our home was overcome by the smell. I used some soapy liquid and found the leak myself. Numerous phone calls to the business that morning were left unheeded and no one arrived until 6PM!. We had to call the gas company. Gas levels were so high that is caused headache and stomach upset. Soldering on copper tubing was all over the pipes, very sloppy work. No one called us to apologize for the inconvenience or the terrible service even after I complained at the follow up call. Using this company could be life threatening.
