Kim has the Best and Cleanest salon I have EVER been in and I have been to many from West side to east side until I found her,I've made this my ONLY Salon for my fingernails, Pedicures, and eyebrow wax...The owner is straightforward, honest and a hardworking woman Thank You Kim..also has a cleaning person on staff that is always cleaning or dusting that makes me feel more secure :)

The woman is very unprofessional and so is the man. I would never go back here. They have nasty attitudes and they don't care about treating customers with good customer service. They think they can talk to people any kind of way. Don't waste your time!

Kim's nails is seriously the best. I have a hard time finding a good place I trust to do my nails and I finally found one. I've been coming here for about a year now and I will never change. They treat you awesome and they really know what there doing.

You've got to try Kim's Nails. I am totally satisfied with the way she does my nails. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back for more. Got ingrown toe nails!! It's a total relief. I always get my nails done at Kim's Nails on Chardon rd. She has been providing excellent service to me for the past 10 years. Kim has great prices and the shop is always clean when I come in.

I have been coming to Kim's Nails for over 10 years. I have been a customer from the time her shop was in Euclid Square Mall. I have been to many other nail shops and nothing compares to Kim's work. Her staff is so dedicated and hard working. They always make sure I have a great experience and recieve great service!

I work at Kim's Nails and I am so lucky to have recieved this job 8 months ago.I come in everyday and clean the shop so our customers can relax in a comfortable and clean environment. I am also grateful to have such kind coworkers who treat me like family. It is wonderful to see the personal connection that my coworkers and I gain with each one our clients. Do not go here! The lady I was dealing with didn't greet me and instead of customer service she basically told me to go somewhere else.

I have been going to Kim's Nails for years. Kim and Tony are great people and always do a wonderful job! I have sent many people to them and only go them for my nails.

These people were so rude and disrespectful. They talk to you like u r nothing! I went in to get one repair and the man told me it would be fifteen dollars. R they crazy or what!!!!! fifteen bucks for one darn nail, REDICULOUS!!!! The man pretty much shoed me out the door, when I told him there was no way I would pay 15 bucks for one nail. Won't b going back there EVER!!!!!!

I Will never come here again these people are rude the only nice one was the white girl who understand what I was saying and I felt like I walked into a flea market with all the junk and Kim is rude

This shop has bad service, also the owner has a bad attitude with her clients about they service. I will never patronize this shop again!

THE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD DONE!! The woman did not speak ANY English, did a terrible job pushing my cuticles and cutting them and the nailpolish came off the next day. The entire staff was extremely rude and I have never had a worse experience in my life. I get manicures regularly and have never witnessed anything like this place. I even went back and gave them the chance to redo my nails and fix what they had done and not only was the manager extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to me, but she refused to do it without me paying for a whole new manicure which I would not do! BEWARE do not go here if you want a quality manicure. They WILL NOT stand behind their services, will be extremely rude and will do a TERRIBLE job.

I usually don't have the time to write reviews but my experience here was so horribly bad and this is a understatement. A day at the spa should be relaxing, nice to say the least. I went for a pedicure the lady spent about a minute actually scrubbing my feet and about 15min on my toes but a pedicure should be a thorough scrubbing of your feet and when i simply ask could you scrub a particular area a little more she began yelling chinese, of course I'm an american I said I dont know what you're saying the owner "Kim" came over who was loud and very unprofessional, Let me just say this seriously we all work to hard for our money to be treated the way people at Kims treat its clients ,the enviornment is clutterd and the lady who did my pedicure had no since of pride or respect in her work and did not to the meaning of professionalism. Its to many nail shops to waste your money at this one.

This had to be the worst experience in nail salons that I have seen in 14 yrs. I am an over the road truck driver and travel all over the USA. I have to deal with the public in a professional environment dealing with special products, mainly medical equipment. I found Kim's Nails in the Yellow Pages Internet Directory and went in to get a new set. I am assuming 'Kim' was my nail tech, as she was hateful and rude from start to fininsh. Her attitude reflected well on the job on my nails. I wound up having to make her stop in the middle of painting them after she had already cut me twice with the clipers. The shop was cluttered with everything, not just equipment. The air was filled with the aroma of a trash dump that overwhelmed the fumes from the acrylic. Picture the Bronx on steroids. NOT KIDDING!!! On top of this nightmare, I was way over charged for the service and spent the next 5 hours having to repair the job that she messed up. I was not the only person overcharged. There was a lady that came in to have a touch up on her paint ONLY. 'Kim' charged her $20 just for 2 minutes of her time. When the woman asked why, she waved her to leave with a flick of her wrist in the air, not caring about anyone or anything. You could of heard a pin drop. Shock and Awe ain't got nothing on this place. PS, the only reason why there is 1 star on the review is because they wouldn't let me submit the review without it. If it were up to me, it would have a negative in front of it.
