Bing's Asian Bistro

We have had 2 experiences with Bings and both were awful. I can't comment on their food because we never actually got the food either time. The first time we walked into an almost empty restaurant and they could not seat us. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes then they asked our name so they can put us on a waiting list. We had 3 small children with us and we asked if we could just get a table, understanding they are short on wait staff and we won't be able to order right away. After speaking to a very rude manager we ended up leaving. So a year later we thought we would give it another try. We called and ordered take out. Small order, just some pepper steak, fried rice and 2 spring rolls. They said it would be 30 minutes. Got there and they said it would be another 20-30 minutes! We waited, but 30 minutes later it still wasn't ready. Stuck around until it was an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered and finally left. They called after a hour and a half to tell us it was ready. We said no thanks!! There is no reason it should take that long to make our order.....and they should at least be apologetic and nice about it.

Food is ok. Better places worth driving too. Our waitress took awhile to get to us but was very sweet. Then the owner showed up. Cocky. Arrogant. Jumped on the server in front of us and was rude to us also. I will not be back and will take future clients and my service elsewhere.

I moved to Willis a little over a year ago and have eaten at Bing's several times. I have enjoyed everything from the Minced Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Dumpling appetizers to the Chrispy Buttered Scallops, Steamed Tilapia, and many other wonderful entrees. Try the asparagus and green beans, they are both astonishing. If you love food and a wonderful ambiance, please take the drive to exit 94 on I-45 North, head toward the lake and you will find a small strip center with one of the best restaurants you will ever try.

This place a little overpriced for the crappy food they serve. I understand that they have to pay for the hip interior design of the restaurant, but the eggrolls are better at Jack-in-the-Box. They take too long, the food sucks, and what's with all the uppity snot-nosed white kids that work there? Jeez. They act like they hate being there or doing anything at all. If you're coming from Bentwater or Point Aquarius area, you're better off driving a few extra miles to Willis to the new Chinese place by Ace Hardware!!!

After "spilling" a lot of oil and grease into Lake Conroe, less than a week later I see an employee urinating behind the resturaunt. After talking to the manager Chris, I was told I was a liar! This place does not need your business.
