Consumers beware. The owners practice bait and switch as well as breaching contracted verbal and written agreements. On the morning of an event, my client scheduled to decorate at 10 am, arrived at venue on time to find it dirty and unpresentable from a party held there from the night before. We cleaned which also consisted of propping up broken furniture in order for it to be functional. What should have only taken us at max 45 minutes, took us 2 hours because of their neglect. After establishing her budget, she scheduled a party for 30 people and ordered food. My client received food for less than 20. She ordered pans of food that she was told would serve 35-40 pple in a buffet. Without consulting my client, they changed it to a plated service. The food was in a separate room exposed to the public. The 20 guests that attended the party received 1 plate w/ 2 meatballs, 4 wingettes, 3 small pieces of fish, 3 leaves (Caesar salad), 2 shrimp. The drinks for 30 pple included 12 sodas and 2 1/2-filled drink dispensers. 1/2 way thru her party, the owners decided that the party should end 2 hours early because "in his mind" he thought we would just know that we would not be able to stay the whole time since we took 2 hours in the morning to decorate.THEY Further tried to insult us by saying you can't stay for free. The husband of the husband and wife team exclaimed "You have to pay something towards my electricity bill!" The owner claimed to have waived fee. She increased a special order of her daughter's favorite dish of shrimp scampi from a personal pan order to a full size pan that was also said to feed 35-40 pple. However, the scampi she got barely fed her. The owner tried to lie to so that he informed us that we only had 30 mins b4 & 30 mins afterwards. He retracted his statement and said he didn't tell us that but that the 30/30 setup/break down is standard.

HVe been eating her weekly since it has opened. The food is delicious and the staff is great.

Poor Customer service

I visited this restaurant today, November 24, 2014, and received the worst customer service. When I entered the premises, I was ignored by the owner, Tony (saw his name on his signed picture) and his employee. No hello, no I will be with you in a moment. After waiting 5 minutes, Tony took a call and upon ending his call, he made eye contact with me but still never acknowledged my presence. I left without ever ordering, so I cannot comment on the food. I guess this new business can afford to lose customers....
