Emergency Care

Dr. Green received his B.A., magna cum laude from LaSalle University and M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his post-graduate surgical training at the Pennsylvania Hospital and Otolaryngology training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is certified by The American Board of Otolaryngology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has attending staff privileges at Windham and Backus Hospitals. Dr. Green has been recognized as a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine four years in a row. Dr. Green and his wife Pepi have lived in Norwich for 30 years and have three grown children.

Dr. Rouse received his B.A., cum laude from Amherst College and M.D. from The University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his post-graduate surgical training at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital and Otolaryngology training in a combined program with Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston University’s Hospital, and The Lahey Clinic. After residency, he completed a preceptorship in facial plastic surgery with Richard Webster, M.D. while in Boston. Dr. Rouse is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, a Fellow of The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has attending staff privileges at Windham and Backus Hospitals. Dr. Rouse has been recognized as a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine four years in a row. Dr. Rouse and his wife Robin have lived in the Windham area for over 30 years. They have two grown children who attended public and private regional schools.
