She is a good Doctor but her billing department is horrible. Two years later I'm still trying to figure out what is going on. They billed my insurance twice and then retracted it because they used the wrong job codes. I payed my bill then they mailed my money back. After that they ended up billing me again. I mailed two bills on the same day. One office cashed it seven days ago and the check I sent to Dr. Burden's office is still pending. I've never been so frustrated with a billing process before.
