        This was by far the best low buget hotel i have ever been to in Buffalo NY. It was Clean, Tidy, staff was wonderful and helpful, as well as the maintance guy Lou Tate. Leona at the front desk was very polite and made sure are stay there was a enjoyable one. The FREE breakfast in the morning was lacking eggs and bacon, but other then that the waffles was excellent ;.) Parking was FREE as well as for the FREE WI Fi Internet service, and the Manager Julie Demay was very cheerful as well as getting back to us as soon as possible. I do recommend that if you ar e looking to save some money and don't want to be at the lowest to the lowest Hotel please go to The Lord Amherst Hotel that is located in Amherst NY 14226
