        Each and every time I go into ...

        Each and every time I go into the Williamstown Pep Boys I'm greeting by Joe or Chuck. They understand my car problems, and always make me feel comfortable while I wait for my car to be done in a pleasant atmosphere. I help myself to their delicious coffee while I wait in the clean sitting area. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced at the Williamstown Pep Boys as I am very happy with the service they provide and the respect I'm given each and every time I'm there. Even over the phone, Joe or Chuck always say "no problem, bring it right over." Thanks guys, I've finally found a place I feel comfortable going to and I trust your work completely!

        I had a wonderful experience purchasing tires at Pep Boys. Excellent price and service Joe DiMatteo and Chuck were easy to work with and no high pressure sales tactics. I have told friends about the store and I will definately return for any of my auto needs. Thank's Guys
