The new manager does not know what she's doing. Two Saturdays in a row, they could not cash a $20 dollar bill. Why? The management team did no change order. People sit around on their cell phones while one person tries to wait on a long line of people. I noticed a new employee approximately 2 weeks ago. The poor girl was trying to do everything. She was cooking and had to constantly stop to run the register because no other employees were around. Do they always leave new people alone and make them do everything? Where is the team work? I now only go there maybe twice a week instead of approximately 10 times a week. I am a manager myself, and would be ashamed if my store ran like that. I must say the store has gone down hill since the new manager has taken over. She actually gave me a cash refund that should have been credited back to my credit card. What has happened to my favorite store? I sure do miss it!
