        Terrible Nailmanship

        I went to outlet nails 8/18/2007 The woman who did my nails FIRST was 100% inexperienced. And the Second person who worked on the was just as horrible I didnt even finish letting them tear up my nails I paid my 13.00 dollars and walked out I wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy , its not worth your hard earned money.
