*** One of the (ABSOLUTE WORST) automotive experiences I've ever had. *** In spite of the 13 weeks they've had my car, and very little to no status updates of what's going on, they've still managed to have parts not properly repaired. I've been told more than twice that the car is ready, only to wait longer because they didn't finish like expected. I understand that things happen in which deadlines are pushed, but when confronted they would either brush me off or simply not return my phone calls. Almost $2k spent and I feel like I've been extremely taken advantage of! I will be contacting the BBB very soon. Please, do not deal with S&S Automotive!!
