I walk to the 13th & Tyler Dillons and get my groceries about every 2 weeks. I call ABC for the ride home, for the most part I have had to wait around an hour for a ride, but that is when they are busy. I do not expect them to be there in 5 minutes, it is nice when they are there within 30. I do like the one friendly female dispatcher who answers in the mornings, she is very professional. I have had excellent nice drivers who help me load my groceries into their cab and they are so good to me they help unload them onto my porch. I have only had an issue with a driver 1 time and felt he was acting very shady, but I have been lucky enough not to have him as my driver again. I do recommend ABC Taxi if you are not pressed for time and have the patience to wait.

After reading reviews on all four cab companies in Wichita it crossed my mind to try walking the eight miles I needed to go. ABC was the only one who answered their phone. The dispatcher was pleasant and efficient. Pur cab showed up within 15 minutes of of our call. Richard, our driver, was most personable and took us right where we needed to be in his clean cab. The price was a little more than expected but we had absolutely no problems.
If anyone has a complaint about an ABC cab driver or service or dispatcher, the number for the owner is 264-4934, option 5. He is a fair man if you are fair to him, and he will address any complaint you may have. There is voice mail if he is out of the office. It is helpful if you have the date and time of your ride, and the cab number. The dispatchers or "acting supervisors" are not the best ones to talk to.
