Wright Way Auto

Took my 04 Grand Prix to Eric Wright and Wright Way Automrepaithe engine block by his mechanic (Goose) rust built up all over the block. Got the car back, drove down the street, 30-50 yards, car started ticking at first, then knocked so badly, I pulled over. I called em, and bright the car back the next day, ignition wire was cut, (Goose replaced the wire and spark plug) I made it home, that evening, car did it again...cars been sitting since Oct '16. Called this man, went to his shop 3x to give this person to fix an issue that started when the car was in his care. He refused, told me, Ooh, I know what's wrong with your car, but that's an extra $2,000. Head gasket...he never dropped the oil pan or drained the oil because if he did, he would've found water/antifreeze in it like I did when I drained the oil myself! Water in the oil...it ruined the rod bearings due to the water stripping the barrings protective coatings on the rod barrings...the main barrings and the crank. The car knocks and til this day, I haven't driving my car. I've lost jobs over this. The new intake gasket that was placed on that car by my mechanic in October of '16 (Herman London R.I.P.) was still on the car. Eric turned around and reused the same intake gasket and the blue and black head gaskets placed on by my mechanic. He charged me for service not rendered. Paid $200 for a used head because he told me " You have a cracked head" why the gasket fail after I took the car home and tore the engine down because my gut told me, he's lied to you!

I take my truck to Eric cause he s honest and can sometimes help you thru just a phone call I don't know what this Karin r guy is talkin about but I do know if he took his vehicle there when eric first opened his shop eric was the only mechanic there and had back orders to get done first which I'm sure he explained to this guy he has help now and is very good and very well priced and is very good at what he does before I met eric I took one of my old cars to a mechanic shop to have shocks replaced all the way around and was charged over 1500 just for parts and labor so if your not wanting to spend unneccesary money getting your vehicle fixed I highly recommend eric if you don't believe go to his shop on maple I bet you'll be surprised

If i give could zero stars i would , This place is a joke they had my car for over 3 weeks after i was promised i would get it back in a week , when I called to check on my car all i got was an answering machine , and when they would final pick up i was told some #$%$ story about his personal life . When he final got my car ready he called me at 930pm demanding me to come get it or he will put a lien on it . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

Just bought a new car and started to freak out when I started to feel a kick in my transmisson at 30-40 mph. I called autozone to see if they would check my transmisson out since they tested other car parts of mine. They said thy don't but recommend me to wright automotive by maple and west. So I go there and we drive my car instantly when it kicked he knew exactly what it was. Said it sounded like a weak transmission checked my transmisson fluid which was low. So he put some transmission fluid in and it started to slowly quit kicking. It's been 2 days now and my transmission quit kicking! Made me so happy to know he was honest and didn't try to sell me a new transmission! Hopefully won't have to but I'll continue to go there from now on.
