Tracy’s Automotive in Goddard Ks. is a joke! I took my F-350 there for an oil change, check engine light and to put on new vacuum hose. While at the bank across the highway, I noticed a mechanic get in my truck and drive across the highway into bank parking lot, go in bank, come back out, get in truck, and drive back to Tracy’s. I was MAD!! How do you justify using my truck as their personal vehicle to run their errands. I told my wife I bet they try to pawn it off as a “test drive”. Now, I am no mechanic in this day of computers, but neither am I stupid enough to believe this line. Sure enough, when I went to pick up vehicle they claimed it was a “test drive” and to pick up change for their shop and would not deduct anything for using my vehicle as their own. Also, the check engine light was simply a rat chewing thru a wire, which they claimed was a $60 sensor. Tracy’s automotive morons,,, this is not New York City, and not everybody is stupid enough to believe your moronic lies. I hope your business dies a very quick and painful death, but even if it doesn’t, I can guarantee you, obviously, I will never darken your door again.

They inform me of the state of the issues they have found and give me my options. With service like this and such a clean shop you can bet I will keep coming back.

The service, both customer and car, is excellent. They really know how to take care of their customers so we continue to come back. Keep up the great work.

The guys here were so helpful to me last week. I was clueless about the tires I needed, I just knew I did not have a lot to spend. The guys worked with me really well and were understanding of my needs.

I came here of the off chance that I would get a better deal than the previous place and I went I was right. Not only was the price of parts cheaper but the service was awesome.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the help is awesome. The employees seem to know the answers to all my questions.

There are no surprises here, they communicate well and they take care of your car. Place is clean and pleasant to go into and when you get your car back and you know everything that is going on with the car because they tell you clearly.

My Daughter is taking the older family car to college after Spring Break. The usual maintenance was required for a Honda Pilot with over 150,000 miles, new tires, belt &hoses, plus an alignment. We had to bring it back for a vibration, some hidden front end ware was discovered. My friends at Tracy Automotive took great care in providing a safe ride for Kristina to take to college.

These guys were great. They gave me the best price for my tires. The work was done quickly and the customer service was courteous. I overall had a great experience at Tire Pros.

This place was great! I went in for an alignment and to have a vibration checked out after my wife hit a curb with the help of some ice. They didn't give me any BS or try to up-sell me. Everything was explained and documented in great detail and they were totally upfront about all charges, calling me before they did anything that was not originally agreed upon.

Wow, I was very impressed with the great work you guys did on my car. It drives really well. The brakes you suggested work amazing. I can't thank you guys enough.

My car couldn't have broken down in a better place; within walking distance of this shop. Obviously I was distraught by the entire episode but after meeting the mechanics, I felt so much more at ease. Luckily, it was an easy fix and I was only without a car for 2 days.

My car broke down and I remembered Tracy's Automotive generosity, so I decided to trust them with repairing my vehicle. He replaced a busted pulley and belt (labor included) for about $100 out the door. A fair deal in my opinion. I want to add that this guy has a great personality! Honest mechanic who won't 'oversell' his services. He will repair what you need, no more, no less.

Simply the best. The mechanic is a super nice and honest guy. He rebuilt my transmission and did a great job at the fair price. I highly recommend this shop!!!

They fixed my car like a charm. They didn't charge me much. It was a reasonable price. The staff was wonderful. They worked with me since I have financial problems.
