Spring Clean Laundromat West

Best laundromat I've ever used. The employees are first rate. The place is always clean. The machines always work. They just upgraded with new machines. It's the only one I'll use.

I was there this evening when the power went out! A lady by the name of Cheryl was so nice and very efficient by getting everyone's name and number and offering to help with our laundry when the power came back on. She assured everyone their laundry would be secure and taken care of. She called about 30 minutes later to let me know my loads were finishing and even offered to put them in dryers! I showed up and she was folding them for me! She did this for everyone that had been in there. Absolutely outstanding customer service!

I just love this laundromat, its open, spacious, clean, and I feel safe even if I do my laundry at night, very late at night.

Its nice that its air conditioned and carpeted. I never have had to wait on a machine there are so many of them.

I can get my laundry started and sometimes I do some work on the internet with their free wi-fi and other times I just get a snack and some pop and relax in their lounge area and catch some tv on their big flat screens. Heck, I've even scheduled watching a football game to go in and do laundry at the same time.

Great place, keep up the good work and thanks for providing Wichita with such a nice place.
