The people of servpro are the most dishonest people I have ever met. When my basement flooded they put enough drier to dry a commercial building knowing that my insurance was not going to cover it. They charged me for things they did not even do saying they put driers in rooms they didn't they took up my whole kitchen floor with out asking ! And to top it all off the hit my husband truck with there big van. They told us that they were going to put a lean on our home before they even sent us a estimate with the charges. The owner would call daily and harass us when he found that our insurance company and I were going through the estimate to make sure he fixed all the errors. ( which he didn't ) The man even harassed my insurance company. I would not recommend servpro to my worst enemy

Two years ago, I had a sewage back up in my house. The smell was horendous. I called my insurance company, as the water was pouring out of the toilet and my bathroom tile had popped. the damage was not small. My insurance company recommended Servpro. They arrived, were courteous, professional, and brought in a team to put my bathroom back together. The smell is gone and the craftsmanship of the subcontractor was phenominal.

In my experience, I could not say anything negative of the professionalism Servpro displayed.

Servpro exhibited a serious lack of honesty, tact, customer service skills in their interaction with my family after our basement flooded. They performed unecessary services without consulting with us,went significanly over the agreed up on price and then threatened to turn us over to a collection agency after only a week. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for any services they might provide for your home.
