P David Margolis, MD, joined a board-certified cardiologist and electrophysiologist through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He joined Ascension Medical Group Via Christi in 2009. His areas of interest within specialty include complex pacemaker procedures, defibrillator implantation and management, lead extractions, diagnostic electrophysiology testing, catheter ablations, tilt table testing, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), cardiac resynchronization therapy (Bi-V pacing), and implanted devices clinic and remote monitoring. Dr. Margolis wrote articles titled "Keeping Hearts in Rhythm" for the November 2009 issue and "Device indications for Heart Failure" for the December 2009 issue of MDNews. Dr. Margolis was also part of the February 2010 cover story of MDNews that featured what is now Ascension Medical Group Via Christi's cardiology department.
