Horrible, Horrible...Zero star if I could and it's actually overrating them!
I had the worst customer service ever on earth!!! called to book a cab for tomorrow morning 6:45 for work at a restaurant, the lady was extremely rude, put me on hold several times and finally told me they could not take me because that restaurant opens at 11 am, I explained as an employee I have to be there by 7:00 am, but she hung up on me, I had to call back to complain about such unacceptable behavior, but she kept on stating the place opens at 11 am and there is no way they will take me there at 6:45 am and cut the line, 6 times in total ( I called 4 times and my wife 2 times). I called best cab, 1 call and in less than 5 minutes everything was settled! I sincerely think such company which has no respect for people should not operate! Kansas Labor Department should look into all these negative reviews and just ban this horrible company from practicing! Period!!!
