Abay Orthodontics

Every time I walk into Dr. Abay's office I always feel like I am walking into a welcoming office. Such friendly staff! The ladies in the front are always smiling. They know everyone by name! I am just amazed at how well they know every one. I just adore Dr. Abay. She is so sweet and knows her craft! I know she is going to get the results she wants with my teeth. She has been amazing with my orthodontic work. The process is going soo much smoother than I could have ever imagined. My son will be getting his braces very soon as well. He can not wait! He too feels so comfortable with all the of the staff at Dr. Abay's office. All of the ladies are so sweet and when you call due to something going wrong with your braces, like I popped a wire or I have a poker! I get squeezed in immediately without hesitation! I so appreciate their flexibility. Thank you Dr. Abay's office for being so wonderful to my family!!

Every time I bring my kids to appointment the girls in front never even look up say Hi good morning how are you? They are so rude. Than when the phone is ringing they answer act nice and hang up and say I hate that lady. I hate when people call last minute. Things happen! Is that how they talk about me? I pay a lot of money to this place and they are so rude. Never once in the past year half have they ever said hello good morning nothing when I bring my kids. I would not recommend this place if you don't want to be talked about if you have to cancel for emergency or have to call for something. Marcy acts so sweet on phone than hangs up talks about you! How unprofessional is that???? My husband is a doctor and I will make sure he spreads word! If you are expecting customer service even a friendly hello! Sorry you will not get it here. Said too! The doctor is great! The staff is horrible. Who hangs up on Clint's and talks about them while other clients are in lobby? They do! Sad! Disappointed I have wasted year half and over $6,000 to be treated so poorly.
