The people running it are too stupid to be in business..
They don't follow the state and local laws and lose account information all the time.

By far the worst waste service ever! Have to clean up broken glass and other trash when they dump our dumpster and the stuff I have to clean up didn't even come out of our dumpter! Also I have caught them taking our trash and putting it in their truck! It's in the trash for a reason, it's trash! New year, new trash service! Very dissatisfied with this company! Would not recommend to anyone! Only one star because wouldn't let me continue with no stars!

The cost is good but we have had this trash service for over 2 years. We were going to change when we moved recently so the manager called and spoke with me about previous pick up problems. It was great they picked up trash still in a bin from last year's ice storm and promised us that things were going to be different.so this year's ice storm came on our fist pick up at the new place. We were told would be picked up next day which they did not. So the next week came they were going to do a special pick up and never showed, called again on our normal pick up day and said that because of missed routes that Friday they would be picking up thurs trash and ours would be done on sat. Still no pick up and now swimming in trash. I call and 9 times out of 10 leave message and no call back. To get someone on the phone I have to continually call to still get no resulys
