        John Caldwell is the best exam...

        John Caldwell is the best example of good customer service I have found in just, well, forever!! Bad customer service is my pet peeve and I am thrilled to be able to tell all my friends and anyone else who will listen that his good service should definitely be rewarded with more customers.
