Some years ago Mr. David Whately went above and beyond the call of duty as a car dealer. I think he is the very best as a car salesman and man. He had an old Halliburton car on his lot that I wanted to purchase but needed a bit to time to get the down payment together. Mr. Whatley agreed to hold it. To make a long story short I fell on hard times and was not able to purchase the car at the agreeded upon time. Mr. Whatley, out of the goodness of his heart, kept that car for four years. I still was not able to come up with the agreeded upon down payment even after all that time. I contacted Mr. Whatley and he asked me to come to the car lot and was I surprised when he told me he was reducing the down payment to $20.00. I purchased that car and am still driving it today.
