        they dont do as they promise they say a date for a car to be ready and when the due date comes they say a lot of excuses about the car not being ready and they dont let the car's owner know about this which they should since you are paying for a service and the least you ask for is to be updated about your car repairments and when you think your car its gonna be ready you get a very unpleasant surprise your car is not ready and you didnt know until las minute
