Radioshack-- Whitehall--

I had purchased a cell phone from this location and the phone was turning off due the battery. I had called the store before the 30 days of purchase to check if they had the phone that suited me best. None called me back to let me know when or if they were even expecting that phone to come in. I went to the store like 3 days after the 30 days since none called me guess what they only issue me a gift card for radio shack since it was after the 30 days. Not only that the representative in the store was trying to sale me other phones that I wasn't even interested in. Poor customer service and I am still suck with my $200 gift card.
