        After numerous issues with an improper heat pump installation by another company, Smart Cool was called in for a second opinion. They quickly identified several issues making my system run improperly and inefficiently. Their technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and polite and I would recommend this business to solve your problems. Thank you, Smart Cool, for helping improve my situation!

        EXTREMELY POOR! Smart Cool did not correct the problem and DID NOT come back as scheduled to correct. Left us for over ONE WEEK without air in 100 degree temps. Would never use again!!!
