You know the old adage, "you get what you pay for". That may be true on the surface but sometimes you get more and that's the case with Stones. They're not only a top notch jeweler but they're also tops when it comes to service. Simply put, I've been a Customer of Stones for over 25 years, and have remained a Customer though I'm now 350 miles away. Each time an occasion warrants, I somehow think that I can get a better deal elsewhere. Then I remind myself that gifts such as diamonds, are truly special and therefore they warrant special consideration. Besides, I know my wife and I know what her diamonds mean to her.

This is the only jewelry store I trust with my wedding ring .

The team at Stones did a fabulous job rejuvinating my engagement ring & wedding band for my 15th anniversary! I will never go anywhere else!

Hands down some the best customer service I've ever had. The employees knowledge and expertise always shines when working them. I just had an anniversary band make to look just like my wedding band but slightly smaller and I couldn't be happier with the results. I also had my daughter's ears pierced and they were fantastic with her and it was a fraction of the cost of going to Claries. Thank you!!!

We love Stones! I have always had a great experience here, but recently everyone in the store went above and beyond when I came in with my four-year-old to pick up a present for his Nana. Everyone was so nice to him, asking him questions, interacting with him, the owner even came over and gave him a small present. Stone's is his new favorite place! Thank you for taking what could have been stressful (my wild four-year-old in a store full of jewelry) and making it a fabulous experience.

We went to stones for our engagement rings as well as wedding rings. They treat you like family and are extremely honest! I believe that you get what you pay for and while Stones may not be the cheapest place to buy, you will get incredible knowledge and service each and every time you go in there.

Our relationship with this company goes back to 1961, when the original Charles Stone was the owner. He helped us establish a credit record as a young, engaged couple and then married couple. We no longer live in the area, but if we did, that is where we would go for jewelry needs. Keep up the good work!

We went to Stones for ear piercing on my 2 daughters. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to make myself and my daughters comfortable with the experience. The results are perfect.

Brought my e-ring after a hand banging incident that bent some prongs badly. They told me a week but it only took 24 hrs and was under 30 dollars! Great service in the store too.

I was in Stones jewelry this morning and appreciated their opening at 9:00 AM. Brought in a ring with a stone that needed to be polished knowing they do this service. Once again I am struck by how busy this independent business is and how courteous their staff is to everyone.

Stones Jewelry has served our family exceedingly well for 2 generations. I purchased my wife's engagement ring at Stones 27 years ago, and am still working with the same people today who designed our engagement ring back in 1985. Before that, as a kid, I was buying charms for my Mom's charm bracelet at Stones. Over the years we have purchased many pieces of jewelry, had jewelry repaired, and have had custom jewelry designed to match existing pieces. Recently I purchased a new watch. I was greeted warmly and quickly, and was patiently assisted in selecting a watch that was the most suitable for my needs. The family atmosphere puts us at ease the moment we arrive, and the friendly, competent service we have always received will keep us coming back forever.

Their selection is lovely and their repair service can't be beat. This is a jewelry store with integrity. It has only been owned by two families in nearly 100 years. So if I am going to trust a store to take care of my things or to stand behind my purchases this is the place I go. I have been a satisfied customer here for 25 years.

I took my wedding/engagement ring in for repair. I was told it would take 5 business days to repair. I was pleasantly surprised when after only 2 business days it was ready and the cost was the amount estimated.

The consistently provide me with unbelievable service and finally I felt I just had to write something about it so that everyone else will know. Customers are treated more like family then customers...which is a rare thing today. The owner (Dave) and the rest of the team are fantastic to work with.

We've been going to Stones for several years. Service is always exceptional and we are amazed that as infrequently as we go in, the staff always recognizes and warmly welcomes is. My son and I took my Grandfather's railroad pocket watch into Stone's and they did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning this sentimental piece of our history. They helped us determine that this 1919 time piece is worth handing down from generation to generation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great care and workmanship.

I wanted my mother's wedding rings made into 3 different pendants. Gail sat with me and helped me design them. I just picked them uo and the are so BEAUTIFUL!!I I have used them for years for appraisals and repairs and they are the best!!
