The trailer was delivered before the mat was put down then mat was installed in wrong place, then they added sand instead of dirt. The trailer had cracks in ceiling and wall. I was told in three months the factory would come an repair all problems. Its been six months nothing fixed. Even missing a toilet lid. Factory just came said they were not fixing cracks because sand is washing out and it will crack again. Also the siding has gaps where wind can get in and tear it off. The only good thing i can say is the salesman that sold me the trailer went out of his way to assist in getting the paperwork straight to get me in the trailer.im still dealing with the mess

They are very unprofessional. They sold you property even though you put deposit in the property. It is sad how people play with you emotional feel and time. Not recommended for anyone.

the company deliverd the home in about 30 Days, Had it 90% within the next week. Received 90% of funds. and then it was like we didn't exist. They took 90+ days to complete the job.



They also made several promises they did not keep. So get everything in writing. The house is now 9 months old and I still have not gotten an addtional cabinet promise. What a shame to have such a good product and make you feel like you are un reasonable beacuse you want thing completed timely and promses kept. There were several item not as order and we compomised which we just said we could live with, and offered to buy the additional cabinet but was promise it because the wrong molding was installed. A window we didn't want was installed. The marriage line is not perfect. We are fixing the crack ourselfs. Do not want them to do it.



Shame on the local staff. DM
