I had bill help me in the past. and he is grate. He always say what he meant. And mean what he says. I was very happy with the settlement he got me. Ten year ago. And that why I'm returning to him again for another oxidant when other turn me down Bill took the time out to lesson .and will out of his way to work you .that's I'm today to have him look into another incident. I know if he can't no can I would recommends him to any one.trust me you'll be happy to him.

Update: He got disbarred in November 2012. Hopefully he will be punished to the fullest extent by the justice system.

Wondering what happened to his former secretary/paralegal Tracy (or Tracie). She seemed very competent. Did she quit because of the perceived unethical misconducts? Did he fire her?



What has happened to his fiancee -- who was a pharmacist. Wondering if those small talks were true. If so, has she left him?



It's a shame how a young lawyer ruined his own career--multiple patterns of misconducts. But overall, I am glad to find out the justice system has followed through!

Attorney Bill Tran is very unethical. He has done the same to me and countless other people. I filed a complaint to the State Bar and I suggest anyone else who has been done wrong by him to do the same. This is a terrible lawyer. I got into accident 3 years ago. He never paid my medical bills as stated in the contract (almost 2 years ago). I recently got the bill from the doctor's office. I tried to contact him by phone and also came to his office countless times. He didn't pick up the phone and is office is always closed. Look for another lawyer to save yourself a headache!!!
