Westland Truck and Car Wash Inc.

So I went through the car wash, which I have done a ton of times with no trouble. This time was different, I pulled out and there was a crack in my bumper. I went around to the back and the guy said it was there when I pulled in. I know it wasn't, I just bought the truck a week before. I talked to a supervisor who just said there was no way the machine could crack a bumper. I asked to speak to the owner. After going up there three days in a row I finally got a call from the owner who who looked at a picture and said there was no way that happened at his car wash. He wouldn't even look at our truck in person. The owner was disrespectful and pretty much called us liars. My husband even offered to spit the repairs but Keith refused. I will never go there again and none of my family or friends will either. I grew up just off of Joy road and still live off of Joy road it really sucks after going to a company for car washes and propane for over 30 years they would treat us like trash.

Never had an issue, even if I was late, lady called to remind me.

I want to thank-you! my car had to be towed out of the mud after are terrible rain, I had to get it to the car wash after it was towed out, you were getting ready to close and after explaining the situation you went beyond your service to help in getting the mud cleaned up! my neighbor recommended you and I will to, Nice to know people still care.

Wow! im astonished by the treatment that a customer would receive! my bill for storage of my boat was 22 days late and i told them i would be there to pay a.s.a.p. The girl was very rude reminding me of the late charges that i would occur over the phone i responded that i was aware and out of town as soon as i got back i would take care of it or my wife would come up if possible. The boat was there for 6 months prior always paid. When i came on the first of the month to pay up my boat was towed as abandoned! unbelivable. not even 30 days late! I understand i should have paid on time but that is horrible business in my eyes!

We have used this company for many of our companys trucks, they have a pull in bay that our drivers can relax while they get there trucks washed by a bunch of guys that work hard and fast to get you back on the road. They are honest and you can't beat there prices....
