Excellent! I called for same-day unloading. They responded quickly, showed up on time and got the move done - very professional. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They movers were great, great workers, constantly worked, very little down time. Great rates. Friendly service.

I selected Royal Movers because they gave me the best price. I also wanted a company that would bring boxes and pack as well as move. They were asked to pack and move furniture and clothes from an assisted living facility in Royal Oak to a condo in Southfield. Everything I was told occurred just like I was told. Thru called me when they left Wyandotte. They arrived in Royal Oak on time. They were efficient and obviously experienced. All furniture was padded and wrapped. When we arrived in Southfield, they quickly unloaded the truck and put everything where I requested. I plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them if you are moving.

Thank you Royal Movers, Mike was wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable. It took 2 trucks, 4 movers and 12 hours. These guys were amazing. We all were tired by the end of the move, but all the workers kept their spirits good. It was a very long Sunday for all of us. Everything was put in place and anything they took apart was reassembled. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, wore uniforms and very respectful. Thank you again.

I missed out on my Easter Surprise- the only reason i intended a honest review. Now im doing this for the courtesy shown to us!And lets not forget the promise "Chaz" I promised a visit to the "World Wide Web"and review. So Thank you for your hard work on the most important Holiday weekend of the year "Easter" i know some would rank it behind the Lords Birthday.. And it is debatable?But look at it this way- On"Good Friday" this my brother and sisters was the day he died for our SINS!!! Fancy doing doing BUSINESS with ya.The only company reviewed from these fingers!!The movers demonstrated and proved they are in a league of their own-"ROYAL MOVERS"

I had an excellent experience with Royal Movers. They called and asked if they could come early. The packed all my belongings up safely and moved me quickly. When we got to the destination they unloaded me quickly and put together any furniture that I asked them to. They places tarps down on the ground to protect my floor and protection on the door jams. I wpuld highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience, they were prompt, courteous, and respectful of my items to be transported. They made sure everything was wrapped and they carefully carted the items. Everything arrived in good shape and I a timely manner! Jason and Dave were very hard working guys! Thanks :)

These guys are great. They are doing another move for our family next week!! Chaz in office coordinated all, made it so easy.



Then, at the agreed upon time, Jason and Lucas showed up. We walked through house, garage. All was carefully wrapped and loaded. They work steady. Just a few hours and we were done!! Polite, organized, very easy to deal with. Keepers.

Three guys arrived on time to move my larger items. They were all very respectful, considerate and friendly. Everything that they did was explained and they worked with a sense of urgency, no time was wasted. They were careful with my items, priced well and overall I would hire them again.

There were only a few small issues that I noticed after they had left:

1. A large, heavy ceramic pot was left in the front yard and no communication was given as to why--no direction given on my behalf to place it there.

2. One of the movers said he would happily shrink wrap my stove that was going to be stored in my garage. I explained I wanted it completely wrapped in order to keep pests out and he assured me that this would be done--the top and sides of the stove was covered, but the bottom was left completely open.

3. My side door and basement door, which are within a few feet of each other, had to be removed in order to get some of my items in. When the doors were put back on the hinges two of the pins were mixed up. The pins were different sizes for each door and it was obvious that they were not on correctly because one stuck out at least an inch from the bottom. I also have door saver hinge pin door stops attached to the hinges and due to the side door being attached with the wrong pin, when I opened my door I punctured a hole in my wall.

As stated before, I would hire this company again and these issues weren't anything to get upset about, but definitely worth mentioning.

I was referred by my daughter for moving, my first time using a company. Jason and Mike were on time, quick to move, explained everything and were very professional. I will and have given great reviews to my family and friends. The cost was the lowest around!

Had a good experience. They were recommended by some friends that also used them. The guys arrived on schedule and were very courteous. They took great care in protecting our furniture. Everything arrived at our new home intact and undamaged. Only reason it is not a 5 star is that it seemed to take them longer than we would have thought. But to be fair, in our new home there were a lot of stairs with 90 degree turns and a lot of big furniture that had to go up them. All in all, very satisfied with the quality of the service and the guys that moved us.

Used them twice before and had a wonderful experience. Scheduled them for a third move. Situation changed and I tried to reschedule but they were unable to accommodate. So I scheduled another company. Chaz calls later in the day to advise he had an opening now and I said sorry I scheduled someone else. Chaz was rude on the phone and basically hung up on me when I advised him I was sticking with the new company. Very unprofessional and I will not use them again. Lost a customer and I will tell everyone that asks to not use them. Understand frustrating in me not sticking with them but show some class.

We had a great experience. they were on time and very courteous. They kept us well informed during the move Their help breaking down and reinstalling made the move so much faster. They were professional and very diligent.

This was the first time I have used a professional moving company and it was definitely a pleasant experience :) I was given a time frame between 2pm and 4pm, they showed up at 2:30pm. I was aware of the 3 hour min, but did not think my move would go over that. Once they arrived they warned me that it would be at least 4 hours (I live in a one bedroom apartment). It turned out to be exactly 4 hours (before the $75 moving fee). Their prices were very reasonable, and honestly the cheapest I could find. Nothing was broken and they were very careful while moving my furniture. We had some issues with traffic and construction on I-75 but somehow they still managed to beat me to the new house! They were very quick to unload and were very professional. They took three separate five minute breaks but subtracted that from the time they charged me. Overall great experience, I will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Moved on May 9th, took 2 days off work to complete packing, and then my dog of 15 years started to decline on day one. So when Chaz and Matt got to my home I was not ready, at all. CHaz expressed that normally everyone is packed, and they can just load and go. It just want possible, as by that day it was obvious my dog was dying, and we ended up putting him to sleep that night. At first as tired as I was I took chaz to be rude, but in fact he was simply telling me, that because everytihing was in such disarray that the move would take longer, in hours, and this would cost me more, and asking me if I was prepared for that? I was as the circumstances couldn't be helped.

They immediately started moving quick and efficient, took only 2 short breaks, and got me moved sooner than I had expected. They took care with my items, and placed them where I wanted them, and graciously moved a couple heavy things to a different spot, when I changed my mind. They made a difficult and sleepless 3 days, much easier after we communicated on expectations, Chaz and Matt moved quickly, and I would refer them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Royal Movers. They were very professional and moved my items with care. The only complaint I have is that I was not made aware of the minimum service hours, only the hourly rate. Had I know that, I wouldn't have solicited help to move all of my apartment minus furniture for the movers.

Gwyndolyn Myles 3/27/2015. The 2 movers were courteous, friendly and concerned about the well-being of my furniture. They wrapped EVERYTHING perfectly. It would have been rated with 5 Stars, but it took over 12 hours to complete, and put back together furniture that needed it. I believe the move would have been quicker and easier if they a 3rd mover to assist. I would definitely use Royal Movers if needed in future and would recommend to my family and friends.
