Awful services. Broken promises.

Beware of this place. They promise you something and then don't follow through with it. only thing good about this place is the food. Everyone is so rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I will never use this place again. I would use McDonald's over this place and I hate McDonald's.

I had my wedding reception here last weekend, and I just wanted to say you couldn't beat the quality of service or the price. Don't be fooled when you drive by, I know the outside of the hall doesn't do it justice, it's so nice inside! Our daughter's wedding was May 2013 at Joy Manor. I was impressed with how thoughtful everyone was in making our experience memorable. We had our wedding shower at this location on April 15, 2012. Chris at the Joy Manor was not only very helpful in helping this unsure Bride how things should go he was so amazing and the shower was beautiful. I received so many compliments on the hall, the food especially was out standing. Look no further for your next party, shower and WEDDING! For what he offers and price is so right.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I had a horrible experience at the Joy Manor in Westland, Michigan. The employee literally accused our table of stealing their candle holder. What would someone do with something that is basically a vase with an open bottom? Three employees questioned our table, threatened to review cameras, and cleared our table of ALL silverware, napkins, cups, plates, EVERYTHING!!!!
