Maybe because I came in late, about 20 minutes before they close they treat you with less respect? Or did I look... not clean enough for Westlake Village? So? Not a single smile* or not a single* staff member looked or asked me if I needed help for any questions. Except for the guy* behind the counter. He kindly answer my questions. Bald(sorry) very nice guy. Everyone was rude except for him*. I stood at the nooks for at least 10 minutes thinking to buy. that's very good on sale with my member discount. you lost me on that one just go check online for a different brand, sorry. I don't do this stuff complain.Again and not a single person. *Helped.. Over the loudspeakers while some customers still in there. Kids clear... Upstairs clear... Couldn't have waited for that? Really just overall rude expierence. door was almost slammed on the way out. I'm serious. I'm also a member, have been for years. Bought the damn membership so...Maybe I'll use. I don't know just sucks.
