The customer service here is really nice when you are buying, but try returning something (with a receipt, the product of course, and all within 7 days) and you will experience the worst customer service in 40 years. I had to check twice that I was actually at the "Customer Service" desk as an extremely rude elderly woman was obviously irritated from a couple in front of me that was trying to arrange delivery. This lady needs to be taken off of the customer service desk and put on manure shoveling. She is beyond horrible. I was simply trying to exchange bushes that I had purchased a few days ago that had some obvious desease (because they had died) and was told " you need to go out there and find these two guys" I was like what??? I need to do what???
She finally pages the two guys to come to the customer service area. The first guy says "well whats wrong with the bushes??? I was like you have got to be kidding me. Is this 1960 customer service. he then just walks away??? The bushes obviously have some type of root fungal disease as they were dying within 12 hours of bringing them home. To make a long story short when the other guy walked away I had to ask the 3rd person now if I can simply exchange these dead bushes for live ones. He lead me outside and gave me 2 new bushes quickly before he got in trouble. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE AGAIN. The only thing they want is your money. HOME DEPOT AND LOWES ARE MUCH NICER, LOWER PRICED, AND REALIZE THAT IT IS 2012 NOT 1960 AND THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
