While the owner initially sets up a great presentation, the lack of communication with his painters was only the beginning of what turned into a nightmarish experience. This lack of communication led to having to actively make sure what was supposed to be getting done was actually happening. From a poor prep job to many instances of sloppiness which has left my husband and I to replace, repair and finish the paint job ourselves, the "clean" aspect of this company was lacking at best. On top of all the issues which arose on a near daily basis, a lack of responsibility and complete unprofessionalism displayed by the owner was appalling. His display of customer service should have been embarassing not only as the owner but as a decent human being dealing with people. I would never recommend them to anyone I know and hope this can forewarn anyone else and save them the aggravation we went through.
