I found the chopped BBQ chicken sandwich to be a large sandwich with plenty of meat on it. My companion enjoyed his pork BBQ sandwich as well. The side item of mac & cheese I ordered was average. It was not a very large portion, and I would have liked it to be a bit more creamy and made with sharper cheddar cheese. I like baked mac & cheese the best. This reminded me of Kraft macaroni and cheese. This restaurant was a bit more pricy than other BBQ restaurants I have visited, but I would definitely visit again since the food was good.

Really enjoyed the old school dining experience. Friend took me to enjoy the fish dinner. I was more than thrilled with the bone in croaker(2) Mac and cheese homestyle, and cabbage with hushpuppies. Portions were generous, and hot when served. Couldn't expect more from a true Southern family run business. Love, dedication and Soul. Definitely recommend supporting this generational business. It's what makes Greensboro great.
Best place in town for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Treat yourself to a big ole' tenderloin biscuit or some delicious BBQ pork or the half chicken special...food is delicious and the people are nice. Nothing fancy but good food at reasonable prices.
