First of all, I am trying to check out at 7:30pm on 11/30/17, an hour and a half before close, and they have already closed all the checkout counters except the self checkout. Self check out is ok if all your stuff has upc codes, otherwise you need an associate to price the thing for you. So I walk up to the 'helpful' associate at the self check out and ask him to check me out. He rudely sends me back to get 'a tag.' So I go ask another associate to get a tag for me. He then asks the check out guy what he needs, and he says "*I* don't need anything *HE* needs a tag." What a creep! The other associate finally figures that he is asking for a skew and has me come with him to get the skew.

The first guys was terrible, the second OK, but if you go to the checkout counter and the item is not tagged for check out, it is the checkout associates job to do what needs to be done to get you the checked out. You should not have to run all over the giant store again to show them where you got it off the shelf. I'm going to the ACE at County Line and Smothers next time!
