Cedar Trace

It is Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. I have lived at Slate Hill/Cedar for the past 4 years and haven't ever had so much peace of mind. The Management and Staff have always been very friendly and prompt on any request that I've had. I haven't had many maintenance issue since I've lived here which is a HUGE plus and says a lot for how the Complex is maintained, but when I've needed anything done, the turn around time has been amazing. I'd tell anyone give Cedar Trace/Slate Hill a chance. You'll be happy You did!

I am living in this apartment complex since July 2011 and this complex is the longest I have stayed at any rental apartment and the reason for that is because they are one of the best! I came from Connecticut and I came across this community when searching for apartments near Polaris. When I went in, the staff greeted me right away in a friendly, professional way. Since I have moved in, the complex has only improved. Nice location, great security, access to Polaris mall, access to restaurants, Regular maintenance of Roof, parking area, quick response from management are the best experiences I had. The parking lot was redone (with no discomfort) to allow more parking. The pool is excellent, office house has been remodeled for the residents to use for events. The staff is very friendly and looks out for everyone. Security is great, I have never felt unsafe here. The apartments themselves are roomy fit all my needs with room to spare! I would suggest to anyone to live here!

I went in to look at Cedar Trace because of the glowing reviews from friends who had rented from them. When I went in, the staff greeted me right away in a friendly, professional, & non-pushy manner. As I told them of my situation, they told me of the different options they offer & what would work best for me. Since I have moved in, the complex has only improved. I have lived here since July 2012 with my family and we love it. The grounds are kept nice and clean. They have great ladies working in the office they are all so friendly when I come in or call and have questions. The maintenance is great we have never had to wait for repairs . We are planning on living here until we buy a house in the next year or so. I would recommend The Cedar Trace apartments to anyone looking for a place to live!

I am living in the Cedar Trace Apartments for more than a year and it is a excellent place to live. Very nice management and always provides a prompt and good maintenance support. I will surely recommend to friends and others to stay here. Very very near to Polaris fashion mall and all other major stores.
