Professional Limosine

I used Professional limousine for my wedding and guest shuttling and I could not have been happier!
The drivers were all on time, ( most of them early). It was a rainy day and the drivers had these big umbrellas for all of us in the party and walked with us everywhere we went to keep us dry! It was awesome!The limo was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice Great customer service! I will be using them again. I highly recommend!

Do not rent a limo from this company. I made the mistake of renting one for my best friend's bachelorette party and we were beyond disappointed. The air conditioning didn't cool the car down at all, when I called the woman told me it was a hot day and we were in and out several times so the air conditioning wouldn't be working. There were rips in the seats and duct tape in the door jam of the limo, the woman said there are not but I have photos of the interior. We plugged our iphones with with a USB cord to their radio and it wasn't working, I was just informed today that I should have brought an auxiliary cord with me.... this is not stated on their website that it's necessary to play music from our phone to the vehicle.



Terrible customer service. 1 star rating is only so I can save this review and hopefully help other people avoid this place at all costs
