        could not in any good conscie...

        could not in any good conscience recommend Water Edge especially for any life events - They were instrumental in ruining my daughter's wedding day because of their extreme lack of communication, customer service, and overall performance. The wedding/ceremony was scheduled from 5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - during the reception, the Banquet Captain Maria continually went to my daughter with problems rather than approaching her parents. A guest came to me at 9:30 p.m. because their table was still waiting to be served. The groom's mother's table was served called meals. There was at least an hour delay between the salad and the main course basically leaving us less than an hour to do the Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, throwing of the bouquet and cake cutting which meant there would be no time for the guest to enjoy themselves. Not only was the service horrendous but no one on Waters Edge communicated that there delayed. What took the cake though was after the fact they refused to take any responsibility from the terrible wedding planner, Nancy Steele all the way to Chris Barstein the General Manager who now 11 days out from this event, we have not heard a single word from him. Waters Edge is a beautful place but contains absolutely no customer service, professionalism - Make no mistake about it they will not handle your most precious moments with any regard or care. Extremely dissatified and sadden Mother of the Bride!!!! SHAME OF WATERS EDGE FOR ACTING IN SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL, HEARTLESS MANNER. THE OWNER SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS!!!!!
