I started booking our hotel about two months before our trip in July and found out there were hardly any rooms available even near the Yellowstone National Park (It's so popular..!!) Then I got this place and had to spend nearly two hundred bucks per night for three beds. When we got there we found it amazingly pleasant since it was actually a suite with one queen bed in one room, two double beds in the other and a two-door bathroom in between. There was also a door in the middle so that people in the two rooms wouldn't affect each other. The motel is right next to the west entrance of the park and away from but near the central part of the small west yellowstone town, so that it was quieter than some hotels next to the market place of the town (It was quite noisy there at night. Some people were playing music and something...). Have to say that the money did pay off :)

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was pleasant and our room was large, very clean and smelled good. Given the time of year we were surprised to find a room at all and for $65 per night we were very pleased. Most motels prices were $100 plus--if you could find an available room. I can't speak about the hot tub or pool as we didn't see them or use them. Another nice feature is that we were just down the street from many gift shops, restaurants, IMAX and the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. It was great to be able to walk to these places.Based on our experience we would gladly stay here again.
While the room was a little pricey for the quality, everything was sufficient. I booked at the last minute and had to check in late, and the staff was accommodating. I wouldn't recommend this place for picky guests who need to be doted upon, but it's great if all you need is a quiet place to sleep. The TVs could definitely use an upgrade, but then, I wasn't too worried about watching TV in YELLOWSTONE. The only real thing I would recommend is to ask for the WiFi password when you check in because, unfortunately, they don't leave this for you in a convenient place in your room.
