        AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I have a...

        AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I have an insurance deductible that I must meet before they'll pay doctors so I often get bills from doctors with the portion that I am responsible. Twice I have gotten a bill from QUALITY BILLING and both times, I got an overdue notice from them on payments I made 1 to 2 months prior. When I call them, I always get "I apologize, let me look into it" The first time, no one ever called me back and I had to follow up with them. I am still waiting to hear back on this latest error. The kicker is THEY CASHED MY CHECK! I hope Doctors will re-consider using QUALITY BILLING because they are not even closely related to their name which should be "NO QUALITY BILLING, WE SEND THE BILL".

        The only reason I gave one star is because the system wouldn't allow the post with no stars, but really, zero stars most accurately describes this service.

        I would like to have this patient contact me regarding their remarks. We pride ourselves on providing a good service to our clients and their patients. I would be happy to look into this personally. Quality Billing does not cash any checks, that is done by the physician office so we find the remarks inaccurate and would like to resolve this issue.
