My daughter left this place in tears.

I came to pickup items which I had previously paid for with my 4 year old daughter. The owner, Laura, comes over without a hello and begins speaking in a very rude manner. She was arguing that the items are unpaid and therefore she will not release them to us. She literally picked up the items and put them by her hip--like I was going to lunge for them or something!? All with a 4 year old looking on. I didn't want my daughter to see this sort of behavior so I told Laura I would return alone. My daughter cried the whole way home. Unbelievable. This is definitely not a family-friendly place!

I am not a person out to cheat anyone. I DID pay for the items previously with cash (because they don't accept cc's-- so they don't have a paper trail, I'm sure). There is a ridiculous mark-up on these pottery pieces so at the end of the day she was arguing with me about a few dollars on her end. I am an owner of 3 large businesses and I would never treat a customer that way. Laura needs a lesson in customer service, common sense and overall just plain decency!

Stay away, families!

Everyone there was so nice. I painted a piece while my sister went on the wheel for her first time. The owner, Laura, took her on and showed her how to do everything. She was even more helpful than I could have imagined. She also answered all my questions and let me take pictures of my sister making her piece. They do accept credit cards and can even spilt the cost between card and cash, as my sister and I did. And what was very nice is that you always pay the day u make or paint the pieces so when u arrive to pick them up, you don't need to make any payments. They also have a cute little bunny in the studio which we feed some almonds to. All in all, the service was great and the set up of their business was very convenient.

A fantastic business. Laura has always been kind and helpful--the rest of the staff, as well. And yes, they DO take credit cards--that's how I've always paid.
